Depuis 2007, Linebox Studio cherche à aborder le design autrement. Notre travail s’est d’abord développé dans le secteur résidentiel, pour s’étendre vers des projets commerciaux, de développement immobilier, de l’hôtellerie et d’aménagement de bureaux. Nous avons bâti une réputation pour le design progressiste et nous maintenons fièrement des bureaux à Ottawa, Montréal et Toronto. Nous avons développé un modèle collaboratif où toutes les facettes de la conception sont adressées; de la conception architecturale, le design d’intérieur, l’acoustique, l’éclairage, l’intégration de principes de développement durable jusqu’à l'aménagement paysager.

FONCTIONS, TACHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS: Qui tu es
Une personne organisée et méticuleuse avec un minimum de 8 ans d’expérience de travail en tant que Technologue en architecture, Architecte ou Designer en architecture. Tu aimes plonger dans les détails et es capable d’y appliquer des notions de constructibilité de manière intelligente, logique et réaliste du moment de la conception jusqu’à l’achèvement des documents de construction. Tu as bâti un portfolio de détails de design et de construction solide et varié et tu as une compréhension profonde du processus de conception et de documentation.
Ce que nous cherchons
Ce dont nous avons besoin est de quelqu’un qui peut travailler avec le reste de l’équipe d’architectes, de designers et de technologues afin de développer les dessins et détails techniques nécessaires à la réalisation des projets; de la présentation initiale aux dessins d’exécution. Une expérience avec des constructions de bois massif et/ou en ossature de bois est nécessaire.
PROFIL, COMPETENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications
* Diplôme en Technologie de l’architecture, Architecture, Designer architectural
* Minimum de 8 ans d’experience pertinente
* Solide expérience pratique des détails techniques sur des projets complexes
* Expérience avec des constructions de bois massif et/ou en ossature de bois
* Maîtrise de Revit et connaissance d’AutoCAD
* Désire de travailler au sein d’une équipe axée sur le design
* Forte connaissance du Code du bâtiment de l’Ontario
* Expérience en coordination de projets et de gestion de chantier
* Atouts supplémentaires
* Bilingue français/anglais
* Connaissance du Code de Construction du Québec
* Expérience avec la Suite Adobe, SketchUp et Enscape

An organized and meticulous individual with minimum 8 years of work experience as an Architectural Technologist, an Architect or an Architectural Designer. You love the details, and can provide intelligent input on constructibility, materiality and detailing from the early stages of concept design to the completion of construction documents. You can manage projects from start to finish and are comfortable iterating with clients, consultants, builders and suppliers. You have a portfolio that includes design, details and construction documents showing a variety of projects and a solid understanding of the design and drawing process.
What we need
Someone who can work with our group of architects, designers and technologists to efficiently craft beautiful presentation drawings, and transition the project towards detailed construction drawings as well as presenting to clients, coordinating consultants and site administration. Experience with mass timber and wood frame construction is an asset and will be required on upcoming projects
PROFIL, COMPETENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications
* Diploma in Architectural Technology or Degree in Architecture or Design from a recognized program
* Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
* Strong hands-on experience with architectural detailing on complex projects
* Experience with mass timber and/or wood frame construction
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Desire to work as part of a design-focused team
* Extremely well organized with good interpersonal skills
* Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code
* Experience with project coordination, communications and site administration
Additional Assets
* French/English bilingual, a definite asset
* Knowledge of the Quebec Construction Code
* Experience with the Adobe Suite, SketchUp and Enscape
